This form is your one-stop to select exhibit space and add sponsorship and advertising for extra visibility. CAST connects your organization with Texas science educators and leaders, helping you build awareness, generate leads, and support discovery through science education.

What You'll Need to Complete Your Reservation

To move quickly through the form, have the following ready:

Company information (including the details you want displayed in the public exhibitor directory, such as a short company description)
Company logo (for your listing and sponsor/advertising recognition)
Exhibit space selection (booth size and preferred location, as well as three alternate locations; view the Exhibit Hall Map before getting started)
Sponsorship and advertising selections (optional add-ons to expand reach and visibility; view all opportunities in the CAST Partnership Brochure)

How the Reservation Process Works

To reserve your booth, click Start below. All submitted reservations are subject to approval by the STAT Partnership Team.

After you submit, your booth selection will be confirmed within 10 business days. Payment may be submitted during the reservation process; in all cases, payment is due within 10 days of final confirmation.

After processing, you'll receive access to the Exhibitor Service Center, where you can manage your listing, staff badges, and event planning tasks. Your Exhibitor Service Center login details will be included in your confirmation email.
