Note: STAT has been alerted to email scams targeting CAST exhibitors and/or sponsors to offer them sale of the CAST attendee mailing list. Large conferences such as CAST are often targeted by unscrupulous third parties purporting to represent the presenting entity (in this case, STAT). In some cases, the third party might even use our logo to imply affiliation. STAT does not sell its attendee registration lists to third parties or authorize any third party to distribute or sell attendee registration lists. If you receive such an email, do not respond to it. If you are contacted by a third party offering sale of the attendee list, please notify exhibits@statweb.org.

There are various ways to promote your presence at the conference, such as sharing on social media, including the conference logo on your website, sending out email announcements to your network, and utilizing any provided marketing materials or opportunities offered by the conference organizers. For specific promotional opportunities, please contact exhibits@statweb.org.

Downloadable social media graphics coming soon.

Exhibit booth reservations do not include guaranteed workshops or educational sessions. Exhibiting companies may:

  • Become a Premium or Supporting Sponsor, as these sponsorship levels include opportunities to present sessions. Exhibiting companies are highly encouraged to use this opportunity to present workshops at CAST. Reach out to exhibits@statweb.org for more information.
  • Apply to lead a session through the general Call for Proposals/Sessions process. Note that, although an organization may submit sessions through the general Call for Proposals process, STAT's general policy is to accept no more than two sessions per presenter or organization.

Any presenting company or organization with commercial or financial interest in engaging with our members must be represented at the event as an exhibitor and/or sponsor of the event.

Registered exhibitors are not required to register as attendees in order to present. Exhibitor registration will allow you into your scheduled session; however, you will not have access to attend other workshops. If you would like to attend other workshops, you must register as an attendee.
