It's time to inquire, inspire, and transform with STAT! Experience the energy of CAST23, November 9–11, in Houston. The in-person 3-day professional learning event features hundreds of sessions, a massive exhibit hall, and connections with other passionate educators, all showcasing innovative classroom strategies and resources.

Registration Rates and Types

  


Not sure which registration type applies to you? Review this how-to to determine your STAT Member status and which fee applies to you. 

Full Conference Registration—MEMBER RATE

  • Discounted rate available for current, active STAT Members.
  • Includes all conference workshops, 2-hour extended sessions, social events, and CAST Exhibit Hall.

Full Conference Registration—NONMEMBER RATE

  • Includes all conference workshops, 2-hour extended sessions, social events, and CAST Exhibit Hall.
  • Includes a complimentary STAT membership through the 2023–2024 school year (expires June 30, 2024).

Full Conference Registration—RETIRED or STUDENT 

  • This is a special rate for retired and preservice educators only. 
  • Includes all conference workshops, 2-hour extended sessions, social events, and CAST Exhibit Hall.
  • Does not include a complimentary STAT membership.

Saturday-Only Registration—MEMBER or NONMEMBER

  • Special one-day rate includes access to Saturday’s conference workshops, 2-hour extended sessions, and the CAST Exhibit Hall. 
  • Does not include a complimentary STAT membership.

Guest Registration

  • Includes access to Exhibit Hall and social events only. 
  • Guests may not attend conference sessions.

Registration Terms and Agreements

As part of the registration process, all attendees must review and agree to the STAT Acknowledgement and Release of Liability for Communicable Diseases, the STAT Consent to Record, and the STAT Conference Code of Conduct.
