Registration

You're in the right place to register for CAST26. This November 12–14, 2026, in Houston, Texas, science educators will come together for 3 days of hands-on learning, new ideas, and meaningful connections.

Here's what you need to know to get started:

• All attendees must register online and pay directly via credit card or by providing a school district purchase order (PO) to commit to payment by check. In order to complete the registration process, you will need the following items: (a) purchase order number and purchase order file to upload (for check payments) or (b) credit card number.
• Registration Fees are differentiated by Registration Type (Member/Nonmember/Saturday Only/Retired or Student) and date (Early/Regular/Onsite). Learn more about these differences before getting started. Learn how to check your member status.
• Unsure about which registration fee applies to you? On the next screen, you'll be asked to enter your email address to determine if you have an existing STAT profile. Completing this search will identify your STAT Member Status so that you can determine your registration fee.
• As part of the registration process, all attendees must review and agree to the STAT Acknowledgement and Release of Liability for Communicable Diseases, the STAT Consent to Record, and the STAT Conference Code of Conduct. Before registering, please review STAT's Registration Terms and Conditions for payment, cancellation, and substitution details.

Note: It is highly recommended that attendees submit the registration form themselves in order to ensure that each attendee has reviewed all policies and has a unique email address in the system to receive all CAST communications and mobile app access before the conference.
