Registration

You're in the right place to register for CAST26. This November 12–14, 2026, in Houston, Texas, science educators will come together for 3 days of hands-on learning, new ideas, and meaningful connections.

Here's what you need to know to get started:

• The CAST26 Teacher Appreciation Pre-Sale requires a credit card payment. Your credit card payment is due upon completion of the online registration form. 
• Early bird registration for CAST26 will open in July at both STAT member and nonmember rates. Checks and purchase orders will be accepted when early bird registration opens. View more frequently asked questions.
• As part of the registration process, all attendees must review and agree to the STAT Acknowledgement and Release of Liability for Communicable Diseases, the STAT Consent to Record, and the STAT Conference Code of Conduct. Before registering, please review STAT's Registration Terms and Conditions for payment, cancellation, and substitution details.

Note: It is highly recommended that attendees submit the registration form themselves in order to ensure that each attendee has reviewed all policies and has a unique email address in the system to receive all CAST communications and mobile app access before the conference.
