CAST25 will be held November 13–15, 2025, at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, 400 Olive St., Dallas, Texas 75201.

Traveling From the Airport

If you are arriving by air, the Sheraton Dallas Hotel is 6.2 miles (approximately 15 minutes) from Dallas Love Field and 19.4 miles (approximately 30 minutes) from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Rental cars, taxis, and rideshares are available.

Traveling by Car

Whether you are driving in each day or staying at one of the CAST hotels, there are parking options for you. 

Daily Self-Parking

Daily self-parking is available at two Sheraton parking garages.

1. Below-ground parking accessed via 411 N. Pearl Street.
2. Sheraton Convention Center Garage parking located across from the main entrance at 400 N. Olive Street.

Parking Rates

There is 8.25% sales tax on all parking.

Self-Parking:  
15 min. grace period: $0
0–4 hours: $25 + tax
4+ hours: $30 + tax

Valet Parking:  
Daily: $36 + tax
Overnight: $55 + tax

Hotel Parking

If you are staying at the Sheraton, your parking options are above. If you are staying at one of the other CAST hotels, parking is available at each of them.
